Heck, cut a deal to have Soarin' sponsored (co-sponsored? Is Nestle still a sponsor?) by The Travel Channel and have them help obtain the needed footage.

I actually kind of like that idea... And I'm sure The Travel Channel would have no problems with airing a new program during their annual Season of Disney to promote it.
