Well this would be my first blog appeareance. I'm not all that internet savvy, but this sounded like a great site to trade information about Walt Disney world. I am married with two great kids(and a great husband). A son 8 and a daughter 5. I visted Disney twice as a child in the late 70's and early 80's a trip with a friend's family in the mid 80's and my husband and I visted in the mid 90's. In 2006, we decided to bring our kids(than 3 and 6) to Disney. I have to say I was a little nervous and was almost dredding the the trip. I had never stayed on Disney property and the thought of going from park to park with little one's was almost terrifying. We chose to stay at the Wilderness Lodge and on the advice of an amazing vacation planner at Small World Vacations, took the meal plan and Hooper plus and more. Our trip was amazing!!!! I can not begin to say who amazing Disney runs it's parks for families with children. Every detail was perfect. The week was so magical and so wonderful and I was in tears the night before we left. I just didn't want it to end. Needless to say, we headed back last summer, again at the Wilderness Lodge and we'll be back this August at the Wilderness. Now I love to talk Disney and am so happy to answer any questions anyone may have. I am a VERY though planner and spend hours of research before planning an booking and I was on the phone 180 days before to book my dinning. I can't wait to get back and hear the conceirge say"Welcome home".
