Here is what I see in those tiny photos:
Red is Ariel's grotto (the Mousesteps "foundation")
Yellow is the light colored patch behind one of the dirt mounds which is perhaps being mistaken for poured concrete.

The area I see the forms is right where that big pit is, I mean was, in the center of your pic. Of course I see them in the mousestep photo which is much more recent..

The area in the red circle is actually the roof of the existing utilidors which has been cleared of Arials Grotto. Just in front of that and next to the Tunnel entrance/bus stop has been dug out down to utilidor level and runs back to B&B I'm guessing for kitchens and loading docks ultimately with restaurant on top at park level.

FYI: That 20K wall is made of really solid concrete and being a former water tank wall for the ride its about 20 ft tall on the Mermaid side and 10 foot on the access road side.

Looks like a lot of support structures need to be placed, sewage and drainage. Is all the heavy construction just happening overnights? This might take a while 8hrs @ a time.

The one at DCA went up so fast! Yet ours isnt scheduled to open till 2012 right? I would think it would be much sooner than that, this one here seems sloww moving.

Yes so much faster, DCA's walls went up May '09 earth started moving in Jun '09. I was there in Oct '09 and saw no vertical peeking over the wall yet. Here we are 15 months after walls went up:

FLE walls went up w/official ground breaking MAR '10 (yes there was some work going on before the wall went up but mostly clearing land) so lets wait until at least May '11 before we crucify anyone.

LM at DCA won't have nearly the infrastructure FLE will have.The LM at DCA is basically a stand alone building. FLE will need bathrooms, new shops, eateries, all the water features, landscaping etc. Truly apples and oranges. I think there is a lot about the FLE that has not been announced yet.

DCA's building will be smaller. The Magic Kingdom's version will have a large queue area to accommodate Fastpass

Also, MK's will have an built-in Ariel M&G area.

Hmmm...no Fastpass for DCA's version? I just looked at some documents and don't see a FP queue.....interesting.
