Ok. You have just asked a blonde a technical question.

He emailed me the pics and I quoted him and inserted the pics in the quote via the

It was a stretch for me, but it actually worked.

Pi in fraction form is 22/7 (well, approximately)

I am on a roll! :sohappy:

My young pandewan! You make me so proud.

I really miss the old WDW logo...the current one with Walt's signature doesn't really differentiate WDW enough apart from the greater Disney company whereas the old logo and Disneyland's logo and font give it a unique identity.

You're not the only one. Sometimes I think that they should develop a new logo based around the Mickey-globe "D" character. That seems to stand out just as well as a Disney icon as the signature D.

As long as it is a regular t-shirt cut (and not the vintage style the newer EPCOT Center shirts are said to be), I'll definitley own one of these as long as they are still in stock in June. Man it looks like the fans have spoken with their wallets and Disney is making stuff for us.

I'm actually working on a Disney-themed (watercraft specifically) table right now. The old logo and font is very prominent. I think the Mickey globe is sooo cool!

Also, I love how the old stuff is still on the monorails and boats!

Man I have a bunch of stuff with the old globe Mickey logo from books to key chains to coins and photo books.

I like the new logo with Walts signature but would like a little of the old to mix in a little with some cool retro colors.

It just seems that for a company whose product is essentially creativity, having the logo for each division be the Walt Disney signature and Times New Roman for the remaining words is the most uncreative thing you can think of.

A matter of fact I am now looking on my computer desk a circa 1985isg golden Mickey figure about 5 inches high with the old logo.

Do I hear the bid start off at $1,000??????

But the arguement is synergy. Everything matches, so consumers associate that signature with the Walt Disney Company. Believe me, I prefer the retro logo very much because it is unique, but I most certainly understand the reason Disney uses the same logo.

Maybe WDW will get a new logo for the 50th as it seems they started using this new one around the 25th.

See, that's your mistake, thinking that Disney's product is creativity. Like STR8 said, the product is synergy!

Is there more retro merchandise on the way? DLR had lots when the 50th started and new ones still roll out but Id love to see the same stuff with the MK on it, mainly something with Tomorrowland on it with TTA.

I agree. From a marketing perspective, you want your consumer to associate all of your products with a logo, font, or symbol.

Now, wherever they encounter your product, they make an association to a great experience they had when they saw that logo last.

Were those T's unisex, or gender-specific? :D

I'd like to assume that those tees are the men's vintage fit, which are slimmer and much softer, just like the new retro EPCOT Center one that is for sale at MouseGear. I purchased a Small, and it fits me fine. (I'm 5'1", and very very petite). Usually, the regular men's shirts in a size small are too big, like the yellow EPCOT Center retro shirt or the black one with the multiple EPCOT Center logos. The men's vintage fit is pretty unisex, especially more than the regular standard men's shirts.

Hope it helps! I'll be at MK tomorrow, so I will double check for you.
