Yes, it’s a lounge TSR. But there’s also a mobile to go bar menu that is supposedly locked to only people staying at Poly. I doubt it is enforced.

At one time it was thought it would be restricted to guests staying in the Tower rooms.

That being the case, Capt. Cook’s is definitely inadequate. It’s already over-run at times.

Just going to put it out there. I love SPAM! We go through a few cans a month. Mostly for breakfast.

I am sure they would use SPAM... lol and not make artisanal bespoke Ham-based product...they will leave that to Gwendolyn Rogers at the Cake Bake Shop for her "Spam" (e) and Egg Croissant(e) $34.95

Spam became a big hit in Polynesia during WW II when the military was sending it to the GIs and the locals adopted it

Perhaps this a good opportunity to essentially expand the Kona menu in a new location and then see what flavors and dishes people respond to the most before having the "best of" at Wailulu and converting Kona into a signature dining restaurant, something Poly is missing.
