Anyone know if they're grinding/mixing their own "spiced ham" for the Musubi?

Spam became a big hit in Polynesia during WW II when the military was sending it to the GIs and the locals adopted it

"Spam is so popular in Hawaii that it's sometimes called "The Hawaiian Steak".Hawaiians eat about 7 million cans of Spam per year, which is the highest per capita consumption in the United States. Spam is a common ingredient in many Hawaiian dishes"

Lunch/dinner menu is live with pricing:

Perhaps this a good opportunity to essentially expand the Kona menu in a new location and then see what flavors and dishes people respond to the most before having the "best of" at Wailulu and converting Kona into a signature dining restaurant, something Poly is missing.

Wait…
I thought ‘Ohana was signature dining…??? 🤔😉
