Also, I'm sure the wedding pavilion isn't soundproof. That eyesore will be filled with people, along with the pool and other outdoor areas.

The pool is in an enclave surrounded by Fiji, Tuvalu, Aotearoa, and the new tower that is as far from the pavilion as possible. Not that there aren't concerns, but I don't think that's one of them.

Yes, and it will be surrounded by the buildings I mentioned on the far eastern side of the tower.

I don't think the pool itself will be a concern but the concept art suggests they plan to have activities, seating, etc. outside the building along the lake, so there are other possible noise issues.

well....... maybe not so nicely, but they are at least both contemporary buildings... It is a better match than this thing to the Polynesian Resort campus.

I bought at Bay Tower solely for the short 10 min walk to Magic Kingdom with a bonus of taking Monorail to Epcot. It has been 11 years and still is the best benefit of any DVC resort in my opinion. I have taken 4 grandchildren there over the years and it has been a great benefit for their parents and my wife and I. Just got back from WDW and in taking the Monorail around the loop, the new Poly Tower is currently an eye sore. I know it is not completed, but all I can say is YUCK!
