They do it a lot with sneak peak videos & etc.And the video's unlisted.
I think I can guess. Based on the dancer's costume, it could be in the Moana unit. They showed a concept sketch of a ground performer for the first time in that video.

That's a cute, joke. Of course, I do enjoy Spamalot, but I'm pretty sure that's from the Moana unit. If I'm wrong, I apologize. No I think it's from the King Arthur unit.
I remember seeing someone dressed like her at the Excalibur Casino.

Yes that's the actual parade name as shown at this year's D23.Is this really being called Magic Happens? To me it comes off as such an unexciting name.
They should have made him a face characterHere's an exclusive sneak peek of the walk around version of Miguel From Coco: https://thedisinsider.com/2020/01/1...walk-around-character-coming-to-disney-parks/
They probably wanted to avoid the Mowgli/Christopher Robin situation when both made rare park appearances. Mowgli and Christopher Robin were the only notable face characters that looked off in a way. They should have made him a face character

If Hiro can work as a face character Miguel probably couldMiguel looks far more off with a mask than he would as a face character

IMO Miguel as a face character in jeans and a sweater would just look like some random guest in the park.
Child human characters in animation just don't translate well to real life adults.
I agree with both of your statements, this also explains Christopher Robin, Mowgli, The Lost Boys and the other Darling Children (Michael and John, except Wendy) hardly make any appearances at the parks as meetable characters (besides an occasional appearance at shows and parades). I'm going to go on a tangent about face characters and silent/costumed character but it's realated to what Animaniac93-98 said above. That Mowgli costume just looks weird.
They should have tried Mowgli with abs from the 90s live-action remake. At least he's supposed to be a shirtless adult:

Except Hiro was only a face character at WDW and DL. Here's a costumed/silent character at the non-US Parks (especially in Paris). If Hiro can work as a face character Miguel probably could
