You may be asking, "But, 9000... why use that title??" Well, simmer down young buckaroo, there's a reason and you'll know soon enough. But lets dispense with the pleasantries and get to the, well...other pleasantries.

I'll be heading to Genie+ World for Spring Break!!

I'll be joined by, the one, ..the only,... the infamous ...C Minor!!!

My last trip with her was back in 2019. We had a blast and im very excited to be travelling with her again.

Shes MUCH taller now and is 15 years old.

Fun Fact: I puke in my mouth when people refer to their kids by their age. "3 just asked me to.." Or are they referring to the order in which their kids were born? Either way, gag me with a spoon.

Anyway, we have a triple split stay for our resorts. As usual, I added an extra day last minute. I was able to get a studio room at Destino Tower for our day of arrival. Then we head to Copper Creek for 2 days, then over to BWV for 3 days!

My sister is also going with her 2 boys and they're bringing several of their friends. They're over at Beach Club.


Perhaps we shall bump into..

We started off at AK. This was our bus to the park???

Odd, but it was a comfortable ride.

This was the standby for Kiliminjaro Safaris. And if you're wondering, yes, it's backed up to Dawa Bar.

Good thing we had a Genie FP

I finished my brewski and we headed for 2 weeks in the Africa wild

We had a driver that was by the far the best we've ever had. He was cracking jokes and stopping the truck to do entire routines at certain points. He was better than a good Jungle Cruise skipper!

We went to Pandora next.

We "moved around a little" about ten times then saw Dr Ogden and did some quality Sivako-ing

We were starving. C Monster wanted cheeseburger pods. I wanted a beer. Satuli for the win!

I often spill something amd C (Major) insists I keep a towel or napkin on my lap. I sent her proof of napkin.

After lunch, we went to correct a little misstatement at the Dino Institute.

After AK we headed to Copper Creek to check in!

C Monster has never stayed here so this was another bucket list resort for her. She LOVES it here. (Destino was also bucket list for us both).

We rode Imagination and Caballeros

We headed to France Ratatouille and I grabbed beer in Germany

Rat was down so we hit Guerlain since the new men's fragrance was in stock.

I snagged it since I didn't bring my other scent that is discontinued.

Just caught up, and I recognize your niece’s “braces” smile from when our oldest (of 3) kiddos (DD) first got braces. After a little while she started full-on smiling again.
Also, every time she got them adjusted, she would have them change the color of the connectors, I think they are called…? …I never had braces.
Black and orange for fall/Halloween, red and green for Christmas, red, white, and blue for July 4th, etc. She wore braces for about 1.5 more years , and her teeth have remained perfect since…!!!

We busted a move over to MK after Epcot

First we needed a snack. We got the cheeseburger and pastrami enrolls

Then hit Splash Mountain

Got stalled for about 15 minutes at the end. The lights came on. We were expecting an evacuation...

It was actually pretty fun. The people in our log and the other logs were singing, clapping and making the best of it. But eventually the party was halted when we started moving.

Next was PoTC. We got stuck again. For abkut 20 minutes. This time, the boats around us were not as excited. It was mind numbing after a few minutes of listening to the animatronic yap about Cap'n Jack Sparrow not being able to see his treasure map.

C Monster and I started joking about "George" causing problems and we asked for his help. A few moments later, No joke...the ride came back online!

Everybody cheered. C and I thanked George. .

We had a Genie FP for BTMRR next.

The fireworks started as we were riding. It was AWEOSME!

See, @Tuvalu , not only can I take pics while driving, but also on the rail!! Lol. Don't try this at home folks....lest you loose em!

Other day ctd...


After MK we caught a boat back to WL. Minor wanted to eat at Geyser Point amd try a Bison burger.

They are open until 11. We arrived at 1015 to learn that they only serve the lite menu after 10 and that it does not include the burger. She was bummed but settled for chicken tenders. I got the teriyaki wings.

I asked if I could have only drumsticks (I don't like flats) and they made it happen!

Minor gave her tenders and fries a score of 8. I gave the wings the same score. She really.likes their fries.

Shes been enjoying ranking everything we do from resorts to the food and drink. It's been a fun game. She gets very deep in thought before she gives her score.
