Well - it's like Moana. Had a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes for the first 47 reviews and then someone did a negative one. You know what people read? They want to know why someone DIDNT like it more. Human nature, I suppose.

Just saw it and got to meet Joe Rhode (he was sitting a row over from us with a whole bunch of Disney execs) and I think the show is beautiful and the soundtrack is flawless. Whether those who have children and are expecting Fantasmic 2.0 or something would agree, I couldn't tell you. For me it fits perfectly with Animal Kingdom and is definitely going to be worth the wait.

I have to say I saw it again tonight. No mess ups this time and the fire worked. It really did make the show better. Don't ask me how but it was so smooth and the transitions were beautiful. I think the show is ready. If they want to add more I say go for it! But IMO, it's ready for guests to see it.

Maybe after? The bioluminescence (I know that's spelled incorrectly, can't remember the right spelling) in Pandora could be a night activity of it's own for a bit. I'd hope that it'd be ready by the summer to open with Pandora, but idk how likely that is.

Why do I feel like people are being way too hard on this show? I guess we'll see. Bummed about the lanterns, but I'm glad to hear the fire is a go. I'm sure things will get ironed out. Anyone here who saw it that absolutely loved it?
