New nighttime show 'Rivers of Light' confirmed to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom

I'd imagine the 18th would be the press night / dedication. Possibly.

Nor will it be even if it is true. Disney doesn't want a mass amount of people bombarding the Discovery River Theater lol. Of course even now with the slightest idea it could soft open I expect that area of the park to be unusually busy tomorrow night.

I was fortunate enough to ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before it officially opened. Had cms lying that it was only cm testing, and waited outside of it for 3 hours and got to ride it. It's not going to be insane, but if there is a lot of buzz around it trust me people will try to see it.

It's relevant because you were saying that Rivers of Light was not going to add people to the area which is not true. It's not going to be so bad you can't move obviously, but it should be more busy.
