New Mickey and Minnie heads - how we feeling?

So I saw a Periscope video yesterday of the FoF parade and it appeared that Mickey and Minnie were in their every day attire (black jacket/red pants & red polka dot dress) so I can't help but wonder if this is due to them prepping the FoF costumes with the updated look. This is just me speculating in the dark here but I can't think of why else this would have happened.

However, if that's the case, it seems they could have just used the new faces with their every day wear and they definitely had the old faces so maybe that's not it

Not WDW related but Mickey was talking with guests today at California Adventure. Found clips on Instagram, none on YouTube. Seem to be prerecorded messaged but not the ones used in Magic Kingdom. Clips show him telling dad jokes.

I definitely love how Disneyland's stepping up to the next level, even though it might be only a test(and possibly won't roll over for a long-term addition)
