New Harry Potter Coaster Confirmed for 2019 (Dragon's Challenge Closing Sept 4th)

Curious to hear where height requirements fall on this. Rough guess: 48” for motorbike seat, 42” for sidecar. I assume the goal is for the side car to be no higher than 44”.

And, for context, Dragon Challenge was 54”, so more kids will get to ride this over DC.

I agree, there has been no doubt from the start this was going to be a more family friendly coaster.
The new Jurassic Park/World coaster will be the thrillseeker add.

Both seats are the same. There's no difference between the two. The ride cars just look like motorbikes/sidecars. There won't be "motorbike coaster" seating like you see on TRON

I heard the same thing about the seating. You have to admit is would be pretty cool though. Going on the ride, deciding if you
were going to be Harry or Hagrid each time.

Would be cool for guests but probably a nightmare for TMs, especially if each seat had a different height requirement.

I can see from an ops standpoint why they’d go that route. I’d guess 42” or 44” then.

I probably won’t be going to Uni again for another 2 years, but I am so excited for this ride!! Everything looks terrific.

They should have all of the bugs worked out by the time I get back also. Currently have plans for a January 2020 trip,
