Since this has had time to settle now I think this is worth mentioning.
I've ridden the system a number of times now, and my entire family who is deafly scared of heights ride it and prefer it to all other forms of transit.
It's extremely smooth and efficient. Frankly, when the audio isn't playing, it's one of the most peaceful experiences you'll have. Which is a great thing since the height fears don't seem to be an issue at all any more than say the Monorail.

The noise of the AC in the gondolas is deathening.
Oy vey.
Do they think that the first thing skiers do is take off their gloves and go around touching and licking everything?
And I bet the counter at the rental never gets wiped after every customer touches it with bare hands.
To provide space for people boarding at Riviera, SOP on the Epcot line is to close the doors of the cabin preceding each wheelchair cabin as it arrives at Epcot or CBR. If lines build up at Riviera, they may close the doors on the cabins preceding and following each wheelchair cabin.

Even assuming they can read could be a stretch
If I had to bet on "no signs" and "signs ignored", my money is on the latter.
They might have been confused by the welcoming entranceway...

And also the fact the doors on the cabins don't even face the stairs. So even if they made it up to there by some chance, they couldn't even attempt to get in.
