Confirmed!!! THE OFFICE RIDE coming to Epcot! It will of course replace the new gondalas. Poor planning on Disney's part.

If we can purchase the premium "Add Air conditioning to your gondola" package then I am inThey COULD make the gondolas revenue producing by having some percentage of them being DVC gondolas.
Those would have extra padding on the seats and you could reserve one eleven months in advance.

@Lift Blog, the turn station at Riveria is really looking big when compared to the hotel next to it.

What do you mean by one haul rope? I thought that due to the turn stations they'd have to have several, one for each stretch.
Is there a more efficient way of doing that?
The haul rope is the cable the gondolas hang from. He is saying that it will be one continuous rope from the CBR hub to Epcot instead of a separate rope for each leg.
Looks like a lot more utility conduits goin in here. I still think this might be the new restroom building.

I wonder if it’s possible that these columns could be side load columns?
Essentially, allowing gondolas to be pulled to the side for double loading purposes, with a similar track being added on the inside of the curve at Riviera.
Or are they just roof support structures?

No, that is where they are going to retrieve the burnt to a crisp bodies after a major thunderstorm or a 7 hour stop in the mid-day Florida sun. It's the perfect place to remove the carnage out of the easy sight of other guests. The ponds on either side will be stocked with gators to eliminate all physical evidence or hint of anything going wrong. The pond skimming machine will be installed shortly to clean up any of the mickey ears that might float up to the surface.

No, it has been confirmed that Riviera will be a station for the new hotel, what hasnt been confirmed I believe is if Caribbean Beach Resort guest will be able to use that station.
