Don't worry, they won't be lowering the prices at any of in International Gateway Resorts. They will likely all have large increases due to all the new rides and attractions and both HS and Epcot. Why else do you think the are building the Cove?We like to stay at the Yatch Club because of its convenient to Epcot. With the new gondola coming is Disney going to cut the price for staying at Yatch Club, Beach Club, and Boardwalk? Why should you pay more since the conscience is gone

Because the entrance is going to have huge crowds waiting outside it. With the buses far away, it strings out the lines.

Look at all those nifty lightning rods being used to draw the strikes away from the Gondola's.

- Because the new bag check is further out
- To provide direct access from the Buena Vista Drive entrance
- Buses and pedestrians no longer cross paths
- Buses and cars no longer cross paths
- To make a large amount of space available for the increased number of bus stops and larger queues

Makes operational sense but sure will be a long walk after waiting hours in line at Galaxy's Edge. If I am looking at the correct points on Google Earth it will be about 0.4 miles from the gate to the bus stops.

Which is still less than the other 3 parks, plus factoring in that DHS is still the smallest of the 4 parks means this is still a moot point.

While MK seems to be the winner, it's a complete fail for non-resort stops that have to take a ferry or monorail to the TTC.

That's interesting, cause I measured it quite a bit less than that to the farthest bus stop to the front gate. I think you definitely mismeasured that one. The farthest bus stop to the entrance to MMRR I have at 0.4 miles or less

I'm not sure what all these have to do with where the bus loop is.
2, 3, and 4 have nothing to do with how close/far the bus loop is from the gate - only the traffic patterns between the loop and the roads
5 could be addressed depending on the layout design as well
I still want to see the final product before being grumpy or not... but the first impressions for me so far are not great. Like the investment in proper structures.. but I've had to hoof it out to those temporary bus stops in that location in the past.. and I found it miserable.
