If it follows the plans on the first page, it goes directly over Avenue of the Stars and the back of France. There's no way you would not be able to see backstage.

New additions to the France Pavilion might obstruct that view.

I think an interesting point to make about this project, is the amazing views of backstage Epcot that will be visible.

Don't forget the panoramic vista that is the BoardWalk parking lot.

They won't, but it would be cool if they used the technology they had at the Aichi Expo. In one of their gondola routes, the glass changed so you couldn't see out when the gondolas were over an area they didn't want guests to view. I believe it was a residential area in between two parts of the grounds.

It would be super-cool if they would put a cable car line in to take guests from the Wilderness Lodge over to the Magic Kingdom...That would be a beautiful ride.

It's position and height might make it so you do not see it from the park. It only get's close to the park as it comes into the Epcot station so it might be low enough at that point where the buildings will hide it.

I didn't mind, in fact, I loved it. For me, it was a peak over the wall and it made the whole thing seem more impressive, plus the view of the 20 leagues lagoon was priceless!

They will absolutely not be. Not even close. More like 50 foot max height, most likely. The Swan/Dolphin towers are 250ft + the animals.
