New Entrance Canopy for The Seas with Nemo and Friends

I almost got teary eyed reading this post and missing the "old" Living Seas....also kind of gave me goose bumps from remembering the feeling of walking from the movie into the hydrolators.

I have the same opinion. It looks cool and has a neat future world look, but my god it doesn't belong there. Also the fastpass thing is a joke. Even during Christmas week the line doesn't exceed 20 minutes.

Fastpass is being added to The Seas with Nemo and Friends so they can say that they've added 16000+ Fastpasses to the system. The fact that these 16000 Fastpasses are Unnecessary on all but 5 days is totally irrelevant.

Being curvy does not make this thing match the pavilion. The pavilion evokes a wave and in doing so has an elegance and lightness about its facade. This was furthered by te mural. This is curved, but massive. It has a strength and permanence not becoming of a wave, which is thin and deceptive in its strength.

Got my first view of it last Friday. The design looks good. The wave pattern looks great from all angles, and fits the aesthetics of the pavillion well. It looks more obtrusive in the photo then it does in person.

You know, I like this. I just need to reserve judgement until I see it for myself, with the rest of the pavilion for contrast, scale, etc. The picture may not do it justice, so I'll just wait and see. Hopefully this October...

I was thinking the same thing, are we sure that the FP isn't just for Crush? The new entrance supposedly connects to a "tunnel" that could go directly there. Might still not be necessary, but a better option than the omnimover IMO.

I agree that this thing looks out of place right now, but maybe it will look a little better once all the signage is installed. Right now it just looks huge and out of place. A little bit of theming would go a long way!
