New Entertainment Hint?

I hope the Morgan Freeman piece has some validity to it.
These are some very exciting plans for fresh entertainment!

Well, the piece did come from Theme Park Insider and not Universal itself, so one has to take the info with a grain of salt until next week... I hope there is validity to it as well...

Are people really exited just because it's "narrated by (ever since I was a little boy) Morgan Freeman?

The dude voices everything!

I'm more excited over a night time show for Universal and hoping it is better than 360... Can't get any worse can it??? LOL....

I saw 360 for the first time in April, having visited universal every year since the early 90's I was absolutely thrilled to see a night time event.

Unfortunately I try to visit off peak to avoid unnecessary lines which has meant me never being there while 360 was on until 2011 and I actually enjoyed it but again I think a lot of that was the thrill of being in the park A: at night and B: with a show which I hadn't been since about 95 (excluding my trips for HHN).

Theme Park Insider seems to have new friends in Universal...first the Gringotts plans, now this.

Nothing bad here, and correct me if I'm wrong, this will the first every day/afternoon parade Universal has ever done, no? Another good step to reach out to entire families.

seems the night show is meant for everyone while the parade seems to be more for children.

I don't remember Universal having a steady parade... Just holiday ones...

Even if the parade is geared more towards children, the parade will still be fresh new entertainment in Universal... Universal really needs something for kids and the parade would be a nice addition...

You know what is funny??? Even if the parade is geared more towards children, the parade will still be fresh unlike a certain 20 year old parade down the road LOL...

Please don't take this personally because I really enjoy your posts and genuinely like your points....

But not everything has to come down to Uni vs Disney

Disney is the main reason things like new Entertainment are made.

Yeah, that works both ways. Avatarland is probably a direct consequence of Harry Potter over at Universal.

To me, when there is major competition between the Parks, then it's a win-win situation for us. We get new rides and upgrades all around. Let the ride wars continue!!

Your right to a degree, but Disney is the main reason things like new Entertainment are made.

Yeah, definitely without Disney universal in Orlando wouldn't exist.
I just LOVE both parks and I'm kinda tired of this "Us and them" mentality.

For example, I don't see it being like following the Lakers AND the Clippers I see it as loving the Lakers and the Dodgers.

Although off topic I hate the Lakers lol.
