Numbers still there. quite a bit of concrete walls, some look prefab ready to place others are in place very hard to get an idea of what is what.

How long have there been windows in the unfinished buildings?

How long have there been windows in the unfinished buildings?

There have been windows in most/all openings since construction was stopped in 2001. They did that to at least attempt to keep the shells weather-proof. (Because at that time I doubt they thought the construction stoppage would be as long as it has been)
