new costume and new characters at chef mickey

had dinner at chef mickeys new character, max, goofys son.and mickey has new costume very up to date chef costume,also new fireworks, over 7 seas lagoon was awesome,

Was Max an addition or a substitution? DD is looking forward to breakfast there in December and changes throw her over the edge, lol. I know everything is subject to change, but does anyone have any additional info?

When we were there a month ago for dinner, the characters were:

We were there for breakfast Sept 15th and each of those characters was there, plus Pluto. No Max though, the only time we saw Max this past trip (Or ANY trip) was on the Cruise.

last time I was at Chef Mickey's (sorry, I don't have a date for you folks), in addition to all of the characters who are usually there, Timon and Terk(!) were moving in and out of the entrance area all night. Donald stayed put, tho.

I think they may be adding an extra shift to that area and it may end up being whoever's available at the time.

wouldn't it make more sense to go with Max or Daisy?

Max was there in during our last trip, Sept 17th. As were Chip, Dale, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, & Donald.

Max was also in Toontown, as well as on the Character Bus at Epcot.

I didn't even know who he was before this trip!!

And then he was everywhere.

Max shows up once in a blue moon, when we were there back in 2001 the cm told us that they were trying out to see how popular Max was. This was arounf the Goofy Movie if I remember. I was told that Donald doesn't do Chef Mickey since he has own at Animal Kingdom, another cm told me that they try not to duplicate the characters at the character meals. They say it so each breakfast is unique... I cannot confirm this though as a fact (characters unique for breakfasts that is).

We had dinner at Chef Mickeys on Sept 17th and Daisy was with Donald in the center. Then they left and Max came out!!

It was great to get a picture of Donald and Daisy together!

I've seen the costume, and its duplicating ( judging by his clothes ) the Max from the Goof Troop tv series where he is about 13? I think.

Jessie at Chef Mickeys

On our last visit (June 2004) the characters were:

and Jessie the Cowgirl was in the Center greeting guests.

When I was there in November (03, I know too long ago ) it was Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, and Goofy. Daisy was out in the center, and I dont think Donald was there though I have seen him there before.

Mickey, donald goofy minnie, chip dale(who keot tryingot be freeloaders... hehe) and pluto.... Who tried to get table scraps... (I love how these people can be ingenious when in caracter... I remember once years ago when MK had the B-day bash thing, chip tried to steal a present for my sister....
