From the various photos I've seen of the construction walls during demolition, it doesn't take up any more frontage on the water than the old Cantina and its patios did, perhaps expanding slightly toward the bridge. The gift stand (ring carver?) on the Norway side is still standing. The building (or its patios) will run almost up to it, just like the old Cantina's patio did.
