…exactlyBut we're in Florida.
…exactlyBut we're in Florida.
It seems like it would need to bolted or chained down in order to have any longevity in Florida. It's not like they've had tethered Blasters on Buzz attractions in every other castle park in the world?
These accounts are essentially marketing.Of course they are going to oversell it.Could they not just send these people to Anaheim and say "just copy that..."
The oversell here is kinda lame
Agreed! Take a look at the video of "It's a Small World with Groot! While that would be nice I think need to focus on all older attractions first.
Peter Pan and It’s a Small world could use some updates as well.
Which I feel are certainly in the works based on permits we saw for Pan at least.
Around 2022 there was a rumor that Tomorrowland was going to be rethemed to the movie Lightyear with both space ranger spin and space mountain receiving major updates. After the movie flopped it was cancelled. How long do you mean by a few years ago?
What do you mean? They took chief wahoo out of Peter Pan, didn’t they? While that would be nice I think need to focus on all older attractions first.

I think it’ll need more than one refurb to get the job done. Do it piecemeal and it should be decent…by 2035.That's why during its winter refurbishment we simply plus that ride up for fun.
By then it will be time for a total retheme.I think it’ll need more than one refurb to get the job done. Do it piecemeal and it should be decent…by 2035.
They have these at a local park in New Hampshire.. Santa's Village where you shoot lasers to tickle Humbugs. They're not that fragile.Never heard of this issue on MIB Alien Attack. As people have said... the handheld gun in a theme park is not some wild new technology that hasn't been stress tested.
By then it will be time for a total retheme.
Santa's Village is a small regional park that doesn't see anywhere close to the attendance of WDW. It's basically only open the second half of June through August, and then is a weekend only park from September on. It isn't even in the same solar system, let alone same ballpark to compare wear and tear/use their to WDW.They have these at a local park in New Hampshire.. Here’s hopingBy then it will be time for a total retheme.
"It's A Small Groot After All."Agreed! Take a look at the video of "It's a Small World with Groot!
I would still bet on elio if that film is a big success. Here’s hoping
Did they specifically say "Buddy" was going to be an actual physical character? I just assumed since they were adding screens to ride vehicles, he'd pop up at the beginning and end.Buzz is fine - I'm glad they are finally updating it. But it's an update that is about 18 years late.. and the kind of improvements we are getting should grouped under "refurb and plussing" and not some major update.
Seems like "buddy" will likely just be added in the first Disco Ball room and replace that set as you rotate around it.
Kinda suprised Disney isn't going to incorporate cameras and videoing of you as you play in each vehicle.. that would be a popular feature in today's self-centric world.
You think Disney's (on)crack IT staff could pull that off? Besides, there's no ROI in it, so...any clue if this will allow you to "link" to your Disney account to track scores?
Did you not read the article? The concept art makes it pretty clear that’s not the case.Did they specifically say "Buddy" was going to be an actual physical character? I just assumed since they were adding screens to ride vehicles, he'd pop up at the beginning and end.
