After waking up to yet another foot of snow this morning,I think most of us here in New England would agree that we've had enough! So let's all post some happy warm weather pictures, close our blinds, and pretend our monitors are actually our front windows. I'll start...

I can't take it anymore. This snow is ridiculous this year. I just heard on the radio that we have already had more snow this year than all of last year. Yesterday I saw Disney is hiring all sorts of positions for their Aulani resort and was SERIOUSLY considering applying for both me and my husband!!!

We are full time Florida residents and part time RI residents. We (our daughter and family, also) live an hour and a half south of WDW, but this winter we've been stuck here in RI because of our real estate rentals (that's because of this lousy economy). We've been out shoveling this 14 inches + of snow we got last night. We're trying to find a place to put it all because the last 4 storms haven't melted yet, so we have ginormous snow banks and ice cicles. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK TO FLORIDA!!!!!! And we have such withdrawal from WDW. We need sunshine and Disney and 6 year old granddaughter - NOW!!!!!!!!

You're so right about the snow banks. When we put our Christmas tree out for recycling on New Year's day, we stuck it upright in the 2 foot snowbank at the end of our walk. Now that bank is so high that all that is visible of our little 5 foot tree is the very top 2 or 3 inches. We'll be decorating it for the 4th of July!!!

We have that Little Tykes cabin in our backyard too!

Can you believe the snow is half-way up the door? My dog has been using it as his *ahem* - outhouse - since there's minimal snow inside the structure. I think we're going to need to move it in the spring :lookaroun

Our kids are adults now but won't let us part with the cabin. Someday we'll have grandchildren playing in it.

That thing is built better than some houses!! We inherited it from the people we bought our house from - it must be between 15 and 20 years old.

Ours is about 22 years old.....

At one time we used to bring it in for the winter and set it up in DD's bedroom. It's been through a lot!
