The logo/marquee we've seen for the attraction/pavilion "Seas with Nemo and Friends" is on top of the blurb, but with a poorly photoshopped image of marlin and dory added on, so much so that a white box is around them over the background of the brocher and also in part of the logo image itself.

I got this today... how in the world did that get through Quality Control. I noticed it right away and bothers me when ever i look at it

Jeez, that press release sure pushes the 'ride it with your kid' angle. What if I don't have a "little guppy"? No appeal there?

I don't know if that is necessarily what they are trying to insinuate. Its an omnimover ride, which we know adults can enjoy. It sounds like it will be through "immersive" dark ride scenes ending with a unique presentation of the old aquarium ride-through, which adults enjoyed before, even if it was short. Honestly, unless the ride's narration talks down to people on a level that is obviously only for kids (which I suppose is possible, i.e. the way the one version of the narration on IOA's new Suess Trolley Train ride does), I don't know how something like this could 'only' appeal to kids. Peter Pan, Pooh and Buzz Lighter among many other classic Disney rides are obviously for kids, yet I'm sure a lot of adults here enjoy those very much too. It seems to me they are simply emphasizing that Epcot, the park home to a ride that gets the most press for being too intense, will be getting another very kid-friendly ride that the whole family can ride together...at least that is my optimist view point at this time :).

We are talking about Epcot which isn't known as the most kid friendly park. Smart to push that angle. Combine that with Walt's original intent of rides for the whole family, makes alot of sense to me.

Did anyone notice when the Disney Visa Newsletter talked about the new The Little Mermaid DVD, it said it has been around for 60 years? Wasn't it released in like 1988/89?

Maybe they were referring to the original story Little Mermaid is based on? That may have been around for 60 years... the name of it's slipping my mind right now, but I remember reading about it.

Exactly - I can't remember which side is East and West, but the development has been more family oriented on the side with TLS and The Land, and more thrill oriented on the other side, which has MS and TT.
