We are heading to WDW in a couple of weeks and our kids (9,6,4) have no idea! My wife and I have been bouncing ideas off of each other, but haven't hit a homerun yet. We plan on picking up the 9 & 6yo at school and having everything in the car and ready to go. Their teachers know and we're good to go from that standpoint - sweet!
What might you folks suggest as a good time and a good way to tell them?
I've thought about using something as a "we've got good news and bad news" startup line. Not sure what the bad news is though. Another thought is to have my 6yo read some words off of index cards (we, are, going, to, DisneyWorld!, today!) much like we do for school - "sight words".
Anyway...your thoughts?
