George says to do the disk cleanup, a virus scan and a defrag once a week.
Keeps things running smoothly. If someone told you not to, then don't. But it works great for me.

I do the rest but I have never done the disc cleanup and I do them about once a week also.

The disk cleanup gets rid of unnecessary files. I'll ask George more about it tomorrow and find out if there is ever a reason not to do it.
