I realize that this announcement could be a minor thing but it doesn't matter to me. This thread has me soooo excited to find out what it might be!

Gee, more benches removed. I'm *shocked*. Shame on TDO. Seriously. Let's have people sit on flower planters/fountains (what's left of the fountains) and on window ledges and on the ground in front of stores. If someone wants to sit, they're going to sit and not roam through a shop. Sorry TDO but your no bench strategy probably doesn't work. I can understand some being moved/relocated for crowd reasons (more room to walk) but it's not that significant of a difference.
If they put the benches in the stores it would work wouldn't it? :cautious: I really don't know what the motivation is. It makes no sense and since Disney's policy is secret we probably won't ever know. Don't be surprised if you see more older people getting scooters.

I'll change it. I always liked the character and when Disney decided to throw out the original Expanded Universe I kept it longer as a symbol.
Not to start an argument, i never liked the eu. It always read like glorified fan fiction to me. Twas never canon in my eyes. Slightly annoyed that they're sifting through it and including some ideas in the new movies.

Plus, Thrawn's popular enough that I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to put him in a future season of Rebels. In fact, they were actually toying with making Agent Kallus a member of the same species during pre-production stages.

When you build up 35 years worth of ideas and material, it probably doesn't hurt to reuse or reimagine some of that stuff while leaving awful stuff like everything from the post-Yuuzhan Vong books or Waru and that green bunny rabbit to rot forever

Don't forget about the guy with lightsaber knees and elbows!

My personal vote for EU stuff to be included would probably be Prince Xizor from Shadows of the Empire.
