I tried yesterday for our stay at BLT & AKV starting on 11/30 and while it initially gave me the page it then told me that no one on my reservation had dates within that range. Which to me just means I need to wait 15 days or so when we hit our 60 day mark. Or at least that's what I'm hoping.

I am hoping we get bands too, seeing as how more resorts have popped up during testing now all stars has it as well!

I will say that I haven't heard of anyone doing FP+ for November yet, but I do hope it goes live by then! We will be there nov 12-17

I was ecstatic to find an email from Disney allowing me to customize my MagicBands and make FP+ selections. I've been stressing that I wouldn't get to participate since my vaca is fast approaching. So I'm sharing my info so if there's any other fanatic stressing about not being included!
Received the MyMagic+ test invitation on Sept. 14
My vaca commences on Oct. 6
My pkg is a base MYW pkg with 6 nights and 4-day non-hopper tix
Staying at Port Orleans - French Quarter (which wasn't included in the list of most recently included resorts)

I hope this helps someone who may be freaking out about not getting to participate!

AHHHHH!!! I woke up and just logged into my reservation and YAY!! I was able to customize and order Magic Bands for Wilderness Lodge, trip dates 10/19-10/26 :D
We have the exact same trip dates and resort and also set up our FP+ and MBs today :) Very exciting! Was beginning to think we would miss out.

Yay! I haven't done the FP+ yet-my husband thinks it's funny that we need to pick them already, plus we are meeting up with the rest of my family down from PA (we're traveling from GA) and I have NO clue what their plans will be...might just pick some FP+ assignments now, then switch them on the app when the time comes???

POFQ is now on the test! I logged in and was able to customise my Magic Bands and select Fastpasses for my trip dates in October.

I even got Fastpass for Fantasmic, which I'm thinking is a huge bonus.

I have a problem. I have a trip with 3 people in Oct. I linked 2 of our AP's and I linked the ticket I bought last month. I linked all 3 to the correct people. I even went back and check them all and they are all linked correctly.

I go to the selest fastpass options and it lets me select fastpass for the 2 people with the AP's. However I cant select fastpass for the 3rd person who bought an 8 day hopper. It says a vaild ticket is required to make selection. It then provides a link to buy a ticket.

Note I had no problems placing our magicband order for all 3.

Also we are all linked to out hotel and dinning correctly no problems.

Thanks for any info you may have.

Sounds like a call out to Disney tech I in order to fix our problem

Just found out GF is now part of the test for our October trip. Ordered our bands today and made some FP times. Pretty easy once you play around with it.

I called number. It seems there is a glitch and she submitted a case for tech to look at. She said all my tickets are linked correctly. hmm. so odd. But I accepts the problems knowing it just testing.

Wilderness Lodge I've been told will be Magic Band capable on October 14th. I found out that during our split stay (october 4-7th at POP & october 7th through 10th at wilderness lodge) that I will only be able to use the FP+ function during our POP stay and will have to use the card during our Wilderness Lodge stay. I'm trying to figure out if we still can use the magic bands to get into the parks or not. I think it's kinda silly (if you are staying on property) you can only get access to FP+ if you are staying at SELECT resorts...even if you have say a 5 or 6 day ticket (with the magic bands). I was having problems with the FP+ b/c it was saying the dates weren't correct or whatever....and from what I've seen on this thread is that I have to check in first. why?

I'm well within my 60 day mark (15 days to go) and I get that message. I'm going to try checking in to see if that changes anything.

Nope still no luck after checking in online to POP Century. Where can I find that MDE help number? This is ridiculous!

Once you get a MagicBand and it's linked to your MDE profile, it *should* work for most aspects of MM+ even after you leave the resort you got it for. The one aspect that it might not work for is as a room key at your second resort.

I have friends in WDW right now. The got Bands at Pop, and are able to book FP+ beyond the end of their hotel stay.

To add to the comments above I think the one thing you have to keep in mind is My Magic+ is not yet full live. While anything is in beta testing there are going to be certain aspects that either can't be gotten around due to limitations or don't function 100% yet. While I agree it kind of stinks that you may have to work around this, it's not really surprising as October is still a test month as of right now. If the system is only setup to allow those at X resort during Y days to use a Magic Band and for half your stay you fit into that but for the other half you don't, then unfortunately there may not be a ton you can do. Can't hurt to call and try though for sure! :)

I was on the phone for 45 minutes today. Addie Rose was amazing! She wasn't able to fix my problem...it turns out linking UNDERCOVER TOURIST tickets don't get linked correctly. They are aware of this issue. They (the plastic cards/tickets) will pop up under the Magic Bands & Cards section but not under Linked Tickets. She escalated my issue to the Special Tickets Team (after she talked to the Technical Team) so they can push/force the tickets to appear under the "Linked Tickets" section under the MY Reservations page b/c that is where FP+ is pulled from. So if the tickets aren't listed on that main page the system doesn't think you have tickets so NO FP+. She was told there were other people in the queue and that they work on the issue according to arrival date. They will contact you by either phone or email (whichever you tell them is the best way to contact you). So here's crossing my fingers hoping they can get my issue resolved before we leave so we don't have to do it at check in. 14 days to go! Just a heads up if you are thinking about getting UCT tickets instead of FULL PRICE from Disney during this Magic Band Testing phase...you may have similar issues...so just call

(407) 939-4357 (option #2) ....ASAP!

The earlier you can get the issue resolved...the better! Or just pay a few hundred dollars more avoid the headache. Up to you, lol!
