One of the reasons I really like this one, is due to the intermittent splashes of red, on a somewhat subdued background of color.

This isn't actually my view today, but hopefully they will still be in full bloom by next week when I get back to Cornwall and visit Polly Joke (near Crantock). Borrowed from a friend as poppies are so beautiful there at this time of year.

Can anyone else see Tigger? I spotted the cloud formation a few minutes ago - it has now changed shape and no longer looks the same.

The local children's hospital in Bristol are linked with Wallace and Gromit and this year have a collection of 53 characters on display in the local area (Gromit Unleashed 3 which includes various characters from the films etc). I saw 2 earlier today in our local Mall. I really wanted to see Woody and hadn't realised he was there - only 51 more to go! Some are quite a distance so I may not grt to see them all.
The final one is 'yellow submarine' a tribute to the Beatles!
