Same thing happened on DL's Peoplemover - twice. They finally installed jail bars on the vehicles to keep people from climbing out.
I watched a video from the 60s or 70s a whilr back of the Peoplemover and thought, "Goodness, someone could easily jump off and fall off!" I watched one from the 90s the other day and thought it seemed much safer.

It's too bad that there's no more PeopleMover. It's one of my favorite parts of MK, and the DL version seemed like it was even longer. That, and the Skyway going through Matterhorn looked pretty awesome. It would be nice if PeopleMover could make a return someday.

I rarely find any Disney merchandise I actually like. Most of the Haunted Mansion stuff is terrible. Whoever is designing black baseball caps with ''GHOST HOST'' in white lettering or plates with schematics of the stretching rooms clearly doesn't get it. However, I found this postcard of the WDW foyer portrait which was transplanted to DL in the 2000s. It shows the full transformation. Mega charming. This nails it. That's Haunted Mansion.

Yeah, Disneyland merch is pretty bad. It's like every single buyer and designer working for the company has terrible taste with a love for tacky embellishments on everything. You know things are bad when you can't even find a basic t-shirt with just the park's name on it.

I bought the HM bookends, a set of the gargoyle candleholders and the bell with the bat-handle. they reside in the man cave.

Man, it killllllls me. Everything is over the top and when I do finally find a design I like, the color of the t-shirt is so horrendous that I still have to give it a pass.

I am so picky about things I buy, I end up rarely buying anything. Especially clothes. I'm not one to wear character type shirts, so I usually just don't buy any clothes whatsoever.

If you want to see 'naked people' at Disneyland, you just need to go at the right times!

Like....during 'Grad Nights' and of course on nights when 'Flash Mountain' is having a active spell......

( gasp )

The HORROR! The HORROR !
( covers eyes )
