Disneyland shopping haul:
This Pirates of the Caribbean figure set goes for like 13 or 14 bucks with the AP discount. I don't care for the majority of the figures, which are around the size of a Star Wars action figure, but check out the Auctioneer and Redhead inspired by Marc Davis concept art.

I went yesterday afternoon. It was kind of a crap show. Kids and strollers everywhere. I guess these lucky kids get to go to Disneyland instead of school while I'm normally at work all day. I had a Hopageddon at Hearthstone and then cut through DCA to get to Disneyland. I did Mansion, but the extended queue was filled up as is typical of daytime. So I went and did Snow White, the Teacups, had a smoke in the new ghetto Tomorrowland smoking section, Roger Rabbit, Pirates and Haunted Mansion over and over again.
I did some shopping. I'll post photos soon. You guys know I rarely ever like Disney merchandise. They're selling perfect plush WDW POTC barker birds. I feel bad for the little girl whose father wouldn't let her get it. I sure did. I also finally pulled the trigger on the grey HM shirt that shows various characters on it. I love how the bride doesn't look like Constance in the attic (either the video projection of Rene Zellweger or the portraits that look nothing like her), but rather a younger version of the old lady in the stretching portrait sitting on her husband's grave, who Constance is supposed to be.
