My theory about BK/Australia

I know most of you are talking financial terms is what is holding up some of these projects.

Could some projects be on hold because the imagineers are working on the Hong Kong Park and possibly in some initial planning for the Shanghai project.

Not to bring up the subject monorail again, but i have been reading everywhere, that the monorail expansion has been cleared..... Even though i do not know about this monorail thing that much at all, Dont know when its going to take place or where even...... Sorry, I have not seen Tyler's post on that yet... I was just bringing it up to the subject cause of BK....

BK will happen. Its got the land cleared already and everything, and would more than likely make money for Disney. If they go all out or not is a different thing altogether.

Monorail expansion will not. Its just not a feasible way to transport people.

It would be nice for an extention, Especially so we wont have to get in our cars, and drive from MGM to Magic or watever... The only choice u have is MK - Epcot, But if im correct i think they have a boat that takes u from MGM to Epcot, and other resorts and stuff... And when u arrive in Epcot, u end up in the World Showcase somewhere i think. Like England or something... Cause i can remember those pay phones and the shops.

Yep, they are called the "Friendship" boats and they stop at the Yacht/Beach club, Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin, MGM, and Epcot (it takes a little while though...but it's a great relaxing ride after a day at the park) (Hint...it's quicker to WALK to Epcot from say the Yacht/Beach club or Boardwalk than it is to stay on the boat)

I liked the boats. We used them twicw when I went in 2000. Once two get from MGM to Epcot. The Other time was that Epcot was closing and we knew that the bus wait would be very long so we used the boat to go to MGM. MGM was still open another hour so there wasn't any bus wait.

For some reason I think you took it from MGM to Epcot because MGM was closing and Epcot was open an hour later.

But I agree...I LOVE THE FRIENDSHIP BOATS!

Good escape from Fantasmic to Illuminations...see them BOTH in the same night!

I liked the boats too. When we went in 2001 it was the first time that we had used the boats and it made going to the two parks in the same day so much easier, plus it went directly to our hotel, the Dolphin resort. (Thanks Entertainment Books)
