Sorry to get off topic, but how in the world could you possibly compare some of these "coasters" to each other? I know this is all based on opinion, but I can't see it. Before you get angry and take offense... just smile when you read this because I KNOW that my opinions are JUST as subjective as yours. This is a commentary meant in fun and from a coaster enthusiast.

Any decent list obviously includes Beast, Son of Beast, Hulk, M-Force, Magnum XL, Wicked Twister and maybe even Montu. I haven't riden Hypersonic, Alpengeist or Apollo yet, but they look to be world class coasters as well. Good work on this part.

Flight of Fear??? Yeah, it's improved since they removed the overhead restraints, but it's not much of a ride.

Space Mountain as #1, let's face it... it pays my bills, but it's not a "world class coaster" it's a dark ride that my 5 year old neice loves. It's fun in it's place. I ride it EVERY time I go out to MK, but it's not in the same HEMISPHERE as these other coasters.

RNR, Mean Streak & Dueling Dragons are good solid rides, but no where near "world class". Both are a thrill and must-rides in their respective parks, but...

Gemini, Hurler & the Racer? Maybe the backseat (or would it be the frontseat... the last seat over the hill) of the backwards Racer AT NIGHT IN A BLINDING RAINSTORM... I've done that a few times and it was quite amazing... but normally???

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad????? I think you forgot to add The Scary Adventures of Snow White and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. hehehe

Dude.....................

U can choose your opinions and ill choose mine, Im not looking for world class thrill, I actually like theming and Duration, I also love Airtime and twists and turns, and as far as RnR and Space Mountain will go, Most of the Disneyfans here would think your crazy for hating them... Space Mountain is a CLASSIC to me as far is it goes, I love the one train seat, i like the ride in the dark, and i just like the way its made... If your going to jump down someones throat for their opinion please join Themeparkcritic, Go to Rants and Raves and start a petetion about me...

As far as Gemini and Hurler go, I love them both, U get airtime, and i just like the way they throw u around, I love Thunder Mountain its a great ride, The theming is great on that ride, and it compares to no other Mine Train, as u would put it Snow White almost as thrilling.....

Well u have already accused my other Coasters so i guess i cant say much more, Sorry for being the biggest head on this site....

But u made me feel like a complete Dumbass, And now i feel like an Idiot here... If your going to say something about that Start a Own thread about me and my TY COASTERS. Sorry for the language and getting off the subject everyone but i am kinda ed now, I always get yelled at for something on this site..

I feel like an Idiot now :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick: :brick:

Sorry, Everyone, We can Return to the subject now.... :(

A person's top ten coaster list is entirely based on their opinion. It does not have to be all "world class coasters." Just because a ride is dubbed "world class" (like every B&M) doesn't mean it belongs in your top ten. Case in point - I think Raging Bull is a tame, boring coaster thats almost forceless with very little air time, yet many people say it is world class. So anyway, lay off him. Not everyone judges coasters strictly by their thrills.

If thats your top ten too, Thats cool, If someone likes Barnstormer so much thats its their favorite coaster, I will not gut them for what their opinion is.... I dont like Hulk that much but u do, And im not going to hold any grudges against u for that. Its a great ride, Most of those r, Still not even the child memories on BTMR, But i also like that ride, its really cool, and it is YES, very heavily themed... Heck, u even get some airtime on that ride! its a great coaster, and so is SM. :)

I said it would be announced in June/July becasue that would give MS enough time to eb praised if it deserves praising, but maybe on opening day of MS they will announce it.

Interesting part of my post, eh? Wonder IF anyone actually read it?

Back on topic... you couldn't be more wrong if you tried. I can't say what I know yet, but you aren't even warm. When I can, I'll elaborate.

ps Drop the whole monorail thing... as Tyler said... it is NOT happening.
