My Stitch's Great Escape Update

Since I couldn't work today I thought I would come here for a bit.

Well it has been a while since I did an update and I said I would when I knew some dates.

Nov 5-7th Annual Pass Holders and Disney Vacation Club Memebers Durring Reguar park hours.

Nov 16th official date so far given to me.

Early October Cast training starts

Mid October Test audiences being hand picked and brought in.

So yeah thats what I know that I can tell...

The outside is gettign ready for the queue set up. My manager was going through a mock up with a Disney ECV and I yelled at him. I was like "No...NO! They are not coming in my building" (I'm very possesive of the Alien building and the ghosts as well.) ECVs will still not be allowed in the show so I don't want to hear any complaining, you know now don't go and break a leg or somthing before coming to WDW

The FastPass machines are the first thing to the left entering Tomorrowland. A CM from Thunder informed us we are going to get a lot of guests going to Stitch then Buzz with invalid FPs...*sigh* :brick:

The former lobby area is *squee* my purple heaven....beautiful purpleness and the Glaitc Federation logo that takes up the entire back wall! LOL

Then you have seen the pictures of the former "preshow area" there is the Glactic language triming the wals at about half way. I have no clue what it says but I should in a few weeks This room is really Blue very "whimical cartoony" as one of my imagineer buds stated.

They have added a lot of saftey features this time. Lines to show you where the door open. Not that Alien had a problem. And suposabley a light that lights up so you know it is going to open.

The main show theater is going to look a lot diffrent. the colors are brighter and the guns are AWSOME!!! plus the seats are being changed and taken out prolly as I speak. The seats are suposed to be more confortable and colorful.
Children shouldn't get any AE flash backs too much anyway.

I've got a feeling this preshow will be more like the old Phil Hartman preshow in the original Alien Encounter preshow.

Its the moterscooters of death. Most commonly drvin on jackrabbit speed by a little old lady who doesn't know the meaning of wide turn. Also used by mothers with children who cant be watched by the husband.

What I would give to own one of those chairs. Considering I'm a college student with no money, I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to win one of those if they were up on eBay. :lol:

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this a couple weeks ago when I found out they would be replacing all the seats in the chambers. Thats another reason why the opening was pushed back.

Um actaully it was part of the whole rehab...that nto why it got pushed back. I know some of the real reason though....but not goign to say anthign about them till later though...

You could always play the SGE game on the Disney website and print out the decoder key when you finish the game. That would tell you sooner.

And don't tell them about the random guest thing...that is how people end up camping out infront of the ride wanting to get in. Talk to the philhar CMs.
