MVMCP Questions...

Heya guys!

Thinking of doing a MVMCP in December on our EPCOT Trip.:xmas: (Hee hee, getting excited!)

Just some general questions...

How quickly do certain dates sell out? We are looking at Dec 18-19th now.

Also, if we buy tics down here at AAA, how will we get out wristbands? Will Disney provide them when we enter the park? I was under the impression that you get them when you actually purchase the tics.

Also...I have heard you can get in early, around 3 or so? Is that true?...Hoping it is, seeing that we are actually traveling up to Disney on the day we want to do the MCMCP.

Thanks, guys!

I think the 23rd,24th and 25th sell out first.

When I went to the Halloween party, wristbands were given at the gate.

We were allowed in at 4 for Halloween.

I hope this helps!

It does, a bit! Thanks.:D

So, they give you wristbands when you actually go through the turnstiles? I'm guessing that they are alerted that you are going into the park for MVMCP from your type of tic and THEN give the wristband?

Thanks!

I wouldn't wait until the 17th to get tickets, but you can probably wait until November or so. You will be given a wristband as you enter the park and they start allowing in around 4.

Hopefully, I'll see ya there! :xmas:

Half the turnstiles (normally the ones on your right) will be setup for MVMCP admittance only. They will look at your ticket as you enter and give you the wristband.

Ah, sounds good.:D Is there a way to find out what days are sold out?

Right, I think I'll be buying my tics at AAA...Will they give me the actual thing, or the voucher that I have to trade in at the TTC like I would for a MYW tic?

Thanks for your help, Nick!:D Hope to see you there, too.

It will say on the back of the ticket Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or something similar. You will receive a wristband upon showing the CM this, that has the party name and an icon of some sort(pumpkin Mickey head for halloween ).

Oh, one more thing...Does this effect EMH at any of the other parks, like at EPCOT?

Hoping to go to a Late EMH to EPCOT on this upcoming trip, BTW....

...and I wish they would release Dec. Hours already. :brick:

EPCOT is usually on Friday nights from 9:30-12 (or 12:30) that time of year if I remember correctly. Peace on Earth keeps EPCOT open 30 minutes later:)

Friday, interesting....I like the Tuesday/Thursday plan better, but I think this will work to our advantage.:D

Love that PoE keeps it open later, anyway...:D:D:D

Thanks, Mike!

No problem.

Without a doubt, PoE is the greatest fireworks spectacular at WDW. The ground literally shakes there is so much pyro, and the music is touching as well. It's very EPCOT :)

How bad are crowds (Non MVMCP- EPCOT) on Christmas itself?:lookaroun I know NYE is packed but what of the 25th or the 24th?

Is there a lull as XMas crowds leave and NYE crowds come in?
