While I'd rather have it at MGM, I need info! Times, dates, anybody? I REALLY want to see it.
Very true. I could care less if they had it running around the streets of downtown Orlando. I want to see it!While I'd rather have it at MGM, I need info! Times, dates, anybody? I REALLY want to see it.
Looks like we picked the perfect time for our trip! We'll be in EPCOT on Sunday.
This should be a great way to pull guests over to the Imagination pavilion (I swear I've seen tumbleweeds blowing around over there). Maybe that's why they put it there rather than MGM?
Hopefully someone posts what times this is performing soon! I can't wait to see it!!!
why do they get lucky and now this?
This show belongs in Disney's Hollywood not Epcot Center.
Well, I certainly don't understand it. Seems rather unfair, if you ask me. They need to have one per location, and all should be different. I still don't understand why they sent Lucky away....it was perfect for Dinoland.
Actually, I figure it will work well over at the Imagination pavilion. Bunson and Beaker are all about the Imagination, so they're show should follow the outline set by the pavilion. But again, thats just my honest opinion.
Another thing is that since its only temporary, its much easier to explain that its temporary by having it a different park than where you have your Muppets attraction at. Do it at DHS and you run the risk of too many guests expecting to see it regularly. The reason for this being at Epcot could be less about theme and more about functionality, too. It's possible that there's not a good place at MGM to set up control of the MML, whereas at Epcot it might be much easier. Or maybe there's too much interference at MGM or something in that area.
it would be much better off at MGM by Muppets 3-D?!
From what I've heard he is in California getting the latest upgrade. He sure has been there a long time though. What a waste of a unique attraction. This was originally at California Adventure, now it will be here at EPCOT (I think the technology part of it fits in Future World since it is the future of Animatronics) Is Lucky still in HKDL or did they move it somewhere else?
I agree with you. However fitting in with the theme of a park no longer seems to be a concern at WDW.This show belongs in Disney's Hollywood not Epcot Center.
That's what I've heard also. It really makes no sense to me though. My opinion has always been attractions should be in parks, not for rent to the highest bidder in your own Corp. Its all how the different business units within the WDC operate. From reading some of what a couple of people in the buis have posted here, Lucky for instance, is actually owned by Imagineering, and they have control over it. The parks pay Imagineering to have Lucky come to their parks. I would imagine this is the same for MML. I could be totally wrong about this and maybe Lee or Corrus will correct me if I am.
