Do we think The permits are for a new parade route lighting package. Is it possible they'll add this and use it for the Halloween and Christmas Parties?

I think "Worlds of Light" without the "Disney's electrical parade" works really well. Especially since when MSEP ran in DCA it ran as Disney's Electrical Parade.

I believe they already have it in the hub and possibly main Street, I know the hub already has permanent lighting.

Correct. They’ll want the parade to look as good in Frontierland to move people off MSUSA.

BTW apparently this is planned to premiere for summer 2025. I presume that means “by June 30, but Memorial Day if we can.”

Would they have to file a NOC for literally every structure? Like, if they want to replace all of the light poles in Frontierland, do they need to file a NOC for each one?
