Someone claimed MK only shows fireworks for day guests 3 nights per week for the last 5 months of the year, which is, of course, demonstrably false.
IDK why MK can't do HEA at 6PM for MVMCP Nights. FITS & Wishes did that for Years! Last Year MK did that was 2007 with the Castle Dream Lights at 5:45, then Wishes at 6 on Party Nights!

They also did this with the Christmas After Hours event in 2021 they did Enchantment at 7 PM and then Minnie's later.

I was thinking, normally debut dates for new entertainment can happen at any time of the year, but when it comes to a nighttime parade, specifically at MK, I think it’s pretty safe to assume it will not debut past the start of Summer, year unknown, due to the seasonal events and the high popularity it will have when it first debuts? If they were to debut it let’s say September or October, I think that would be disastrous.

Not saying this is, in any way, accurate - but Mickey from the UK is saying 8/9-10/31 for MNSSHP. My husband and I are booked for 9/2-9/7, so between MNSSHP and F&G(confirmed), we're optimistic about our trip's success.
Don't they always run a Halloween Party on 11/1 as well?

Dates seem like a pretty good guess as it generally matches what has been done....Unless July is now in play.

Celebrate Independence Day Halloween in July at the MK with a pumpkin spice <insert food/drink here> and a jack-o-lantern in 96 Degree Heat with 130% Relative Humidity.

They don't always have one on 1/11 I don't think they did it in 2022.

I've always thought a November 1 party depends on the calendar. I could be 100% wrong, but if Halloween fell on a M/Tu/W, there (usually) wouldn't be an 11/1 party. But maybe it's more about if they can squeeze that lemon a bit more and wring out some more ticket sales for an 11/1 party...

It seems we’ve been seeing this happen on odd numbered years more often than not.

it has to do with how many peak price (or near peak) they are able to fit in based upon the calendar and the day of the week 11/1 falls on. They won’t do an 11/1 party if 11/1 is a Saturday, for example. Saturdays are only party nights if 10/31 is on a Saturday.

This is mostly correct. In doing some re-documenting, I found this from 2019:

Before anyone asks...

2011: 20 Halloween parties: Sept - 6; Oct - 13; Nov - 1
2012: 22 Halloween parties: Sept - 6; Oct - 15; Nov - 1
2013: 23 Halloween parties: Sept - 7; Oct - 15; Nov - 1
2014: 26 Halloween parties: Sept - 10; Oct - 16
2015: 25 Halloween parties: Sept - 6; Oct - 18; Nov - 1
2016: 29 Halloween parties: Sept - 11; Oct - 18
2017: 32 Halloween parties: Aug - 2; Sept - 11; Oct - 18; Nov - 1
2018: 34 Halloween parties: Aug - 4; Sept - 12; Oct - 18
2019: 36 Halloween parties: Aug - 5; Sept - 12; Oct - 18; Nov - 1

I'll edit later to break those down by parties/month.

EDIT: Updated the info above. October has been steady at 18 parties since at least 2015, and at least 15 parties since 2012.

It's been odd-numbered years getting a November 1 party, except for 2012, which had a November 2 party. 2022-2023 continued that.

And once $lappie was installed as head of P&R, the number of Halloween parties has increased every year (along with ticket and average ticket prices), from 25 in 2015 (before he had his claws into everything) to 36 in 2019. Josh D'ollar has continued $lappie's work there, with 37 dates in 2022 and 38 dates in 2023.

But we really should take this discussion to a different thread, it's not related at all to a MK nighttime parade. :)
