MSEP ending at Disneyland on Sept 1, WDW return in 2023?

"BeCaUsE iT's NoStAlgiC!!" 🤦‍♂️ WDW fans don't demand anything unique and original. So they get the hand-me-downs that have been sent through the wash so many times they're almost useless.
🙄

WDW fans of course would love new and unique quality shows, attractions, whatever. It’s not like people are unhappy with Pandora or Cosmic Rewind or Slinky Dog, etc.

But when it comes to a light parade at MK, I think the point is that TDO has made it clear they have no interest in building a new nighttime parade. So what can the fans do? Hoping for a hand me down from DLR seems far more likely than a new build so it’s better than nothing even if it isn’t ideal.

Because WDW is the company ATM . They make withdrawals there but not deposits.
The irony being WDW got a new show at MK, a new show at Epcot, 2 new rides at Epcot, and another new ride about to open at MK since DL last got something new. Disneyland is just better at maintaining old things so they can roll them out and appear to always have something “special” happening.

Since galaxies edge opened WDW got everything mentioned above, DL got Avengers campus, a parade that ran for a week (and has been collecting dust ever since), and a return of the 50 year old MSEP. Not exactly anything to be jealous of, DL is just better at marketing.

There was once a time when WDW's marketing was on par with Disneyland ages ago. The 1990s and early 2000s come to mind compared to now.

Or better yet bring PTN over since DL seems like they have no interest in it anymore
I wish I could agree with you on that. However, I have to be one of the few that hated PRN.
Plus, I have heard that the Cars float will not make the some of the turns in the MK.
I know I am asking alot here.... but maybe Disney could remember how to be creative and give MK a brand new Electrical Parade.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying. Countless times, I’ve seen comments from WDW fans saying things like “once again, DL gets everything and we get nothing.”🤔 Nothing? What about the new entertainment and new ride? Tron is opening next, no? So, again, “nothing?” Just like the stepchild comment earlier.

If anyone agrees that WDW gets nothing, what do you mean by this? Would love to hear your thoughts and explanations.

WDW undeniably gets quite a lot. Now, whether the things it gets are worthy additions is another question, but I don’t understand how anyone can seriously maintain that nothing is put into the parks.

One difference is that WDW seems to often get replacements while DLR despite the small size does better with new additions. Look at Galaxy’s Edge and MMRR for example.

Because it...is. I am constantly amazed at how often WDW fans cry and moan to have another park's hand-me-downs instead of something brand new for our park. WDW deserves the lousy entertainment package is has because the fans have lousy standards. Thank yourselves for the mediocrity.
I think it's more that they've just given up on TDO ever budgeting for a new parade. Fan still hold hope for borrowing an existing parade which is better than no parade.
So, are People finally warming up to Enchantment and even Harm????? Does that do anything to the HEA 2023 Rumors???

Wonder if MK has feedback yet on 2 Enchantments a Night......
I think crowds have warmed up to Harmonious some time ago. Strongest criticism of harmonious I hear is the barges during the daytime. Sure, there are criticisms of the show but some but for the most part the strongest criticisms come from the barges during the daytime. DE seems to be a genuine criticism of the show itself as It clearly doesn't have sight line issues during the daytime.
Oh there are ways, imagine first night parade step off at 8:15 from MSUSA, fireworks 9:00. Once the parade has passed the hub close off the Liberty Square Bridge and Adventureland bridge into the hub, force everyone who wants to come to the hub to come in through TL making it impossible to get to the hub in time for the show. 10:00 step off of second parade, 11:00 close.
just run it from City Hall to Splash mountain. It's been done before. Definitely helps mitigate the masses going through the exit gates after the performance.
Y’all don’t want your own parades?

It always puzzles me a bit when I see WDW fans asking for DLR things.
See above:). But in short, they do, the absolutely do. They just given up hope that this ever will happen.
