In one sense, I'd rather have a drone show addition than nothing new for MK. But I really think MK should have a light parade and that would be the ideal. Also, I really think a drone show should be used at DAK where it would be something distinct since they can't do fireworks there.
Ideally, I’d bring a light parade to MK and drones to DAK and, perhaps, DHS since fireworks failed there. Drones being added to JBJB could be nice.

In a real ideal world...

1. Light parade at MK
2. Daytime parade at DHS
3. Nighttime show at DAK (e.g. fountains, fire, drones)
4. daytime water show at DAK (a "parade on water" like a daytime electric water pageant or something more like Mythica but with animal theme)
5. Drones supplementing the projection shows at DHS or a separate show from Movie Magic/Wonderful World of Animation

Add that to existing offerings and you'd really have a massive array of stuff to keep guests occupied. And would feel in line with how awesome things were with WDW at its peak with a wide variety of entertainment.

Do we even know if Disney Dreams is played all over DLP like DL/MK?
It isn’t. The park keeps its correct ambiance away from the show.
I’m sure the music would play in Fantasyland, at least.
Fantasyland closes for fireworks shows due to fallout.
OK.....maybe Brave can't Return, but that's no excuse not to have Full Casts for the Floats that are in FOF!
That would impact profit.

I still don't quite get why fireworks failed at DHS. The original form of the Star Wars show was pretty good before they got rid of that launch site (which I still don't quite get why...).
The original launch site was in Back of House area, which got taken over by TSL. So, they had to move it.

To keep the fireworks centered over MMRR, they would be forced to put it very far away... about half a mile.

So... they created a launch site across the hiway somewhere nearer (a third of a mile), but off-center.

But when a drought hit, they kept putting the forest on fire. Not to mention the shells that landed in the hiway itself.

And so, no more big shells from across the hiway. Everything is from the rooftops now (I think).

Those backstage buildings in SWGE are potentially in line to center over the Chinese theater. Is there any possibility they could mount launchers on them?

The Brave unit sitting backstage with her insides gutted for parts would like a word with all of you asking for FoF to return to full strength…

What should have been done was swapped out the Brave Unit with Moana or another more popular character. Hopefully the reason why FoF isn’t getting any additions or updates is because its days are numbered. But a nighttime parade does need to come first.
