Well it is weird that the Halloween and Christmas parades have a full cast FoF doesn't. They wouldn't care.

Yup. And the Halloween and Christmas parade looks weird overall compared to FoF, mainly the floats. So if they haven’t cared about the seasonal parades being outdated all these years compared to FoF they sure won’t care what a brand new nighttime parade looks like, if it will be brand new.
Will never happen but what MK needs is a massive entertainment overall all around including the seasonal entertainment. Maybe with the exception of HEA, but even HEA could use some love with maybe fountains and drones.

They should just drive that float around World Celebration.
AFAIK, new MK evening entertainment is still in the works. I gather more along the lines of the new DLP electrical parade in the sky, however. MK ops has serious concerns about running a nightly parade given crowding, especially with an expansion coming. I expect movement pretty quickly on the drone front.

What's wrong with it, as long as its an extra show that doesn't replace HEA it's fine with me. The DLP shows haven't impacted their fireworks, look at the bestille day fireworks those were incredible.Please no

maybe if disney ever feels bold enough to upcharge for a daytime parade, it'll have the same budget as the party parades
hyperbole, but that's where the party parades' extra budget comes from - the extra upcharge

To this day I'm shocked they haven't started charging for reserved viewing at shows and parades. If it weren't for the lack of capacity required to sell Genie/Fastpass, I'd imagine that would be a significant revenue stream.
SeaWorld charges up to $70 for reserved viewing at 3 stage shows... I'd imagine there would be a market at WDW for this. Lucky I'm not in charge

It's a cheap replacement to nighttime parades, MK doesn't have the same problems DLP has that cause it to not run a nighttime parade, WDW's problem is management.

MK is typically open late enough that they could show a light parade and then fireworks an hour later at park close. The concern is crowd control for an evening parade. It’s hard enough at the capacity-restricted parties.
Sky Electrical Parade can be seen from anywhere in the park…

True? I'm guessing DLP only has DESP's Soundtrack is only on Main Street. Do we even know if Disney Dreams is played all over DLP like DL/MK?

Good point. I’m assuming the music would be played park wide even though the projections are only on MSUSA. I’m sure the music would play in Fantasyland, at least.
