If I remember correctly it was confirmed that due to the third track and the reconfiguration of the queue, Mr.Potato Head will not be returning until TSL opens.

Although not new, given that they have cleaned out the dumpsters of the spectro stuff, maybe that is the location where Mr. Potato Head is destined to land.

They're reversing the queue entrance for TS Land. It's not more insidious than that, despite what some would like you believe.
