I saw it tonight. It was truly sad. The worst was my friend didn't know what the issue was off hand, and I fear that the message they are taking. We can go into detail on authentic weather vanes. But tile in a pavilion literally created to showcase a culture... "Eh, it'll do...".

I think it’s because they raised the surrounding pavement. I really hope the pavement refurbishment isn’t why they decided to alter the fountains and planters. The loss far outweighs any gain.

I really wish this story could achieve the kind of exposure needed for the powers that be at Disney to actually care. Unfortunately, I can’t see that happening.

It just bothers me so much the singing of authenticity from the rafters in new parks and hotels projects and then things. And you know the response would be, "That's not my department...". Disney has become the worst version of modern corporation in so many ways.

And, yes. I know it's profitable and guests don't care. But this comes at an expense regardless.

this was my own photo but do you all like the recent paint job? I think its way too dark and over textured as if it were at AK. I just don't care for it but wondered how you all feel. I prefer how it originally looked but then I prefer the original cinderella castle too so....
