I love the video. Chef seems so sincere and exciting. Restaurant looks exquisite. Food is tempting. Can't wait to visit.

Same here. Also, love that they had Matsuriza there, just a little recognition of existing Japanese culture present in the parks.

So what's the news on ADRs for Morimoto? I'm going down for the Wine and Dine and can't seem to get anything to come up. It's also listed on OpenTable but I'm not getting any hits.

What do you mean by "not getting any hits?" I was able to reserve a table for 2 Thursday October 15th at 6:45 on Open Table.
Inventory is being released in phases, so keep checking.

So no need for us to have worried. Looks like there is a ton of sushi options as well as the chef's choice. Woo hoo!
I'm still all about the Peking Duck though. That's a rarity for me and it's normally so delicious. I bet they do a great job of it.

The only thing I don't like about the Peking Duck is that I have to wait until December to try it. Been staring at that photo all day!

So maybe I'm being stupid, but what is the price difference on the platters and sushi combos? One person versus two? Lunch versus dinner?

Size. I got the $45 Chef's combo last night and it was 9 pieces of Sushi along with a 6 piece roll.

Very good dining experience last night. Great to see Chef Morimoto in action (as well as strolling around Disney Springs 
).
Honestly for the price you pay it is one of the best meals in Orlando. We ordered 5 items... 2 apps, a soup and 2 entrees and the bill came out to about $85 pre-tip. Not to mention the 5 star service, which I hope sticks around once Chef Morimoto leaves.
