Where have you been? *huggles*
Where have I been, hmmm... let's explore that quickly... ;) I had 15 family members come into town last week. I ripped up all the carpet and tile in my house, painted all the walls and then put in hard wood floors throughout. My husband was in the emergancy room 2 times with a severe reaction to poison ivy (it seems when you get ivy, oak and summack all at once the body goes into shock...) I babysat 5 days in a row for 7 children. Worked two 60+ hour weeks. And managed to get to 2 doctors appts... yep - that's all in the last 10 days. :) Oh and the Easter Bunny brought me a new sofa for my easter basket.... (either that or I have a really generous husband... still working on that one) :D

But I missed y'all bunches and thought of you often... I was in much need of some huggles the last few days - that's for sure!

I can always tell my yoga sessions are paying off when my is sore... makes walking up the stairs a bear - but those first few sessions are the best... you feel like you've been hit by a train - and yet it all feels sooo good... ;)

I wish I was one of those earthy, centered people but I'm just not. I like it every now and again, but I don't think I could do yoga faithfully. I'm too "busy" and I don't want to be that still for that long. I can't ever drown out the background noise in my head for long enough to be "centered." :dazzle:
