do you honestly think Thrawn is a big bad wolf? let me look into his posting record.

Its been discussed here ad nauseum. Basically, it runs into the same problems that the monorail does. It just doesn't work for the WDW guest traffic pattern.

before YOU instigated him into a heated debate, this post should have ended the thread.

Thrawn is very to the point and knows his stuff. period.

Because you continue to attack people. As I said, learn to respect the people around here and you'll get respect from us. You've posted 50 times tonight. Take a break and read. See how the site works. Then try again.

no. just because you act like my school principal. i suggest something she says no. i ask why. she says many reasons. i say "such as". she says "lets not get into it". GOD i hate that. treat me as though i deserve your time unless you want me to treat you as i see people who dont afford me that simple courtesy. namely as closed-minded individuals who deserve a taste of their own "medicine."

ive got admitted problems with authority and youre reguarded as the authority on this site. well the authority of a nation is responsible for its people. you say i dont understand yet. then take the dam* time and just explain youre side to me. we avoid the mess weve got right now and who knows, i might have agreed with you. but its my right not to agree with you.

i put my opinion up there and your words were "lets not get into it" "lets keep it simple" "it wouldnt work"

when i basically asked why you got exasperated with me. you made the first move. and i reacted. i refuse to be held responsible for what you started. now you have to deal with me.

but my offer still stands. put this behind us. and move on.

the choice is now in your hands. make the choice.

im sure youll make the wise decision

hows that for "to the point"

Refuses to explain why? I've told you why, numerous times, monorail expansion isn't feasible. You refuse to acknowledge it.

I'm not saying you have to respect that I'm right. I said you have to respect the people here, and the boards. You're new, you don't have the right to call anyone a moron or attack anyone. You wanted a "truce" and I told you how to get people to respect you. You, basically, told me to stick it. Now you've made your bed, its time for you to lie in it. Good luck.

saying it "isnt feasable" isnt an explanation its basically disagreeing with me again but in different words

besides for the umpteenth time monorail expansion was no longer my stand. it was on just plain upgrading cars.

the arguments over because i agree with what you say but i had to drag your reasoning out of you. thats all i wanted. your reasoning

thanks for being difficult

Yay!!! I win!......................... :lookaroun wait...what do I win?

Les Miles is LSU's head football coach. We were leading Tennessee 21-0 at half-time at home. We only scored 6 points in the 2nd half, they scored 30. We lost. The coaching staff called a terrible 2nd half. For that, Les is on my wall of shame both here and in my dorm.

To TN huh? Did they find yet another Manning kid or something?

Actually, it is. If something is unaffordable, it cannot be executed which explains why monorail expansion will unfortunately never happen.

Feasible:
Adjective
1. Capable of being accomplished or brought about; possible: a feasible plan. See Synonyms at possible. 2. Used or dealt with successfully; suitable: feasible new sources of energy. 3. Logical; likely: a feasible explanation.

^^^^ hmm no mention of money or economics

Thrawn has outlined his argument as to why he believes that a new monorail system would not work several times in this thread as well in may others. He just does not want to re-invent the wheel every single time he posts. Let it go.

No, they have a quarterback (Rick Claussen) that we got rid of a few years ago because we didn't think he was good enough to keep :hammer: IMO, he can run circles around JaMarcus Russell (our QB).

Read your definition. If it is unaffordable, it is incapable of being accomplished or brought about. Therefore, it isn't feasible! :brick:

No, there is no mention of economics. However, every definition there fits perfectly.

1. Capable of being accomplished or brought about; possible: a feasible plan. - Nope, not possible, due to the extreme costs

2. Used or dealt with successfully; suitable: feasible new sources of energy. - Suitable. No, it isn't suitable for WDW traffic patterns.

3. Logical; likely: a feasible explanation. - Logical. Nope, it doesn't make sense to spend billions on a system which would be ineffecient. Likely. Nope, its got about a .01% chance of happening, so its not likely.

Thats for the definition, hope it helped clear it up for yourself.

It would cost over $1 billion at the low end. With no return of investment, and not to mention, once again, that it is inefficient for the WDW traffic patterns.

Let me ask you this: Mission: Space cost $200 million. Lets say the monorail expansion costs $1 billion. Would you rather have 5 attractions of M:S calibar theming and experience, or a transport system that would have you standing in longer waits than you do for busses?
