As much as all of us detest the recent haphazard schedule of the monorail, you can't deny that the time isn't being put to good use. Compare the condition of the beam to the 2008 picture below; the difference is night and day.

Yeah, but the real issue isn't the rubber marks on the sides of the beams, it's with the concrete cracking and chipping like a Michigan road on the tops of the beams. Although I do agree that cleaning the beams has improved the asthetics.
