well.. here's my travel schedule for those who care (Which I know no one does.. but I'm bored, so bear with me)...

May 15... going to Houston and driving back to help a friend move out here... the drive back is also in preparation for:.....

June 1.... AKA Rally. Cross Country Rally from Philadelphia to LA. Going with a friend of mine Dave (not photodave) in his BMW 318ti with a full M3 engine swap and heavily upgraded suspension. This one is still a maybe, since I've only paid my $150 deposit.. I still have to pony up $600 for the rest of the entry.

September/October... family trip. Last years was St. Marteen, which I missed  I believe this year it's Costa Rica or Guatemala.. so either one, I'm down.

End of the year... Puerto Rico. ring in the new year in the caribbean, with family and friends.

what are everyone elses travels for this year?

Sounds fun Rob! :)
All I know is that we are heading down to Jupiter, FL sometime this year. Hopefully I can talk my dad into taking me to the MK for a day trip (shouldn't be too hard, considering the fact that he loves WDW :D)

Various weekend camping trips this Spring, Summer, and Fall in the great states of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. And a trip down to Florida in November to some theme park in Orlando. The name is slipping my mind at the moment. When I think of it I'll let everyone know.

Sounds like fun, I'm sure you'll come up with some great pics for us. We just did spring break on the Gulf shore of Florida & our only other planned trip is WDW in July. (we're driving down, so thats a trip in & of itself). We're talking about hitting Tampa again for a Rays/Yankees game and there is a possibility of hitting Baltimore again this year (another baseball game). Its alot harder to plan trips when you have kids. (I love my kids, I really do).

Hmm, sounds fun, Rob. :)

We'll be going to... well, I dunno. Maybe WDW in October. Other than that, my year is wide open, if anybody would like to take me anywhere.

Let's take a little lookie at the calendar.

--School out June 1 for kids.

--I'm in class June 21 to July 2--one of those 4-hours per day deals. All of the reading is done pre-class, then a post-class paper.

--July 3 to July 29 Major preparations for VBS

--June 20 to July 2 Younger DS in camp.

--July 25-29 Vacation Bible School. I'm in charge.

--August 2-6 Band camp for older DS

--August 8-14 Youth week for older DS

--August 16 School starts

What's that? You're supposed to use summer to take a vacation? To leave town? To get away from it all?

I don't understand..........

My wife ran our VBS in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Lots of work, LOTS. We used the Standard Publishing package. I always did puppets and games. I think we may be camping this year during VBS. The new director moved it up to the first week in June.

But I digress. Rob, that sounds like a good time. Have a great Summer.

Where ever my new job sends me... I hope/think they may send me over to Michigan to test the new XM NavTraffic system (in the 05 CTS) I will be working on. It would be cool if they give me one to play with and test for a few days or a week. *drool*

I see a trip to Philly possibly in my future (also work related).

And I hope to sneak away to WDW this coming SEPT for a week at least. :sohappy: :sohappy:

Well, my summer is going to be pretty busy since it's my 21st birthday and I graduate from college...

1.) July trip to WDW with my parents for our annual trip, and to celebrate my birthday.

2.) September trip to Vegas with parents and BF to celebrate my birthday as well.

3.) Much camping in Michigan with friends.

4.) A proposed trip to Niagara Falls (Canada) before the summer is over with BF.

5.) And finally, perhaps a trip to Cedar Point (Ohio) with friends if #3 or #4 falls through.

Looks like it might be the proving ground/test track/GM facility in Milford. Or maybe the Lansing Grand River Assembly factory, where the CTS is built. Dunno yet... its kinda up in the air at this point.
