MKT is one of the better known posters on this board, and consequentally we have a bit more ammunition to rib him with. It's good natured and I'm sure taken in the spirit intended. I think MKT is big enough and ugly enough to make his opinion known were it otherwise.

Tigsmom - I guess I will never get used to this crazy sense of humor you guys have. I sometimes feel mocked (and even slapped), but maybe this is not people's intention. Yeah, everybody here loves Rob. He is a great guy.

Barnum - You are right. Nobody here was malicious. It's just that I am so worried about these cultural things (sometimes foreign people don't understand brazilian behavior and we are severely criticized and mocked), that I usually get defensive. I just felt bad about people thinking I considered Rob just a "meet and greet". It was not what I said... And well, now I am embarrassed and I don't know if I will call Rob when I get to Orlando.

Yeah, I am enjoying the countdown very much!!!:sohappy: Only one day and 20 hours to go!!!:wave: I am going to WDW!!!!

Disneytati: Don't let the silly jokes here keep you from meeting up with Rob. No one was trying to be critical of you, just having some fun at Rob's expense. I guess I'm so used to the types of jokes people make around here that I would never even think that someone might take them seriously. Have a great time on your vacation and enjoy hanging out with Rob...and I know everyone else on here wishes the same to you, as well.

Don't worry about the embarrassed thing - Rob can show you a thing or two about really getting embarrassed. Ooops, there I go again :animwink:

I think everyone is cool about it, and it's proving interesting learning about other culture's angles on things. For us it is the norm to say what could be seen as abusive statements against our friends, but the fact they are our friends is what we find amusing about it. I gather this is not something that is too widespread in your neck of the woods.

Yeah, barnum42, you have a point there. Sometimes I get confused about the way people from other countries react to things. And I am sure you guys think some of my statements and reactions are strange. That's the good thing of having contact with people from all over the world!

OK, I will call Rob, and bring you all pictures. I don't have money to get you mkt t-shirts, but maybe I will bring you some mkt postcards!

Debbie - I am certainly gonna bring cute disney stuff for my baby! I miss her already... I explained everything to her today, about mommy going to see Donald Duck, and coming back soon... But I guess she didn't understand very much. She was more interested in biting her rubber toy.
