Once again, thanks for the update! It seems like just about all of the characters are in place, so now all we're waiting for is the mirror. With the hands taken off the clock, it cant be too much longer until we see that happening. I'm anxious to see what that looks like!

Okay, all the links have been changed to the Album pics here. No one should have any further problems accessing the pictures, I hope. As far as when it will be finished, at the rate they are going I would say it should only take a couple of weeks. I could be wrong, but really this is moving along nicely.

And who knows? In 12 more days, you might see the Peter Pan and Wendy death plunge statues. Sorry, just that's what the concept art looks like... ;)

If the clock hands are already removed, it won't be long until the mirror is put up, as Disney knows that it looks horrible without hands. the supports are already in place for the mirror too. I would say the whole castle should be done in about 2-5 weeks, no longer.

Thanks for the pics! I hadn't really noticed until now how lonely Astro Orbiter looks w/o the planets. *crosses fingers that "sustaining engineers" know their stuff!!*

The castle is looking awesome! I'm just curious what Disney plans to do when another hurricane blows through
All of the decorations are supposed to be attached to the castles superstructure, indicating that they are pretty secure. Beyond that, from the looks of the supports for the Magic Mirror, it seems these pieces or at least that one was designed to be easily removal. Also look at the SSE wand, who would have guessed that would withstand three hurricanes with no damage. I think Disney’s performance with the storms last year shows that they know what they are doing when it comes to that sort of thing.

I was thinking the same. That mirror will be up in a day or two. With the speed things are going at right now, I bet it will be a week or so. (Somebody said that Peter and Wendy are already up, so it's going to be done sooner rather than later).

If Peter and Wendy are already up then they did it yesterday in the afternoon with guests in the park or last night and someone just called you because they weren't there when I got there yesterday morning. I'm thinking someone was pulling your leg on that one, though.
